Instructions
Cut the lemon peels without remove the inner pulp, put them in a container along with the alcohol, sugar and water, heat enough water to dissolve the sugar, after cooling the whole place to stow the container away from direct sunlight for about 10 days, covered with a cloth after which passed with a filter (also scottex okay) bake in two bottles and serve well chilled.

- 700 g of sugar
- 100 cl of water
- 100 cl of alcohol for food from 90 degrees
