Instructions
Peel the lemons thoroughly removing only the yellow part of the Peel (the white part gives a bitter undertone).
Put in cold alcohol infusion in a closed jar.
Keep in the light for about 3 weeks, stirring occasionally.
After this time filter carefully the infusion.
In the meantime prepare a syrup with the water and sugar.
When the syrup is cold (otherwise the liquor remains cloudy) merge it to BREW and let it sit for another ten days.
Filter and bottling.

- 10 great possibly green lemons
- 100 cl of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 100 cl of water
- 500 g of sugar
