Instructions
Peel a tongue of Radha (you can replace with a veal) of 1000 g of weight, wrap it in a white cloth and then boil it.
Drain, dry and rub with 4 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper and 1 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger.
Put the language into a dish and put on weight.
Pass it in the fridge for 2 days.
Then wash the tongue, slice it thin and serve on a bed of wild salads.

- 1 reindeer language of 1000 g
- 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
