Linguine with olives (2)
Instructions
Coarsely chop the capers and olives washed.
Aside from chopping basil, parsley and garlic.
In a pan sauté the chopped parsley, garlic and basil, add the tomatoes and Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Add the olives and capers, salt, pepper and cook for another 15 minutes.
Boil pasta al dente, drain and pour into the pan with the sauce, season and serve.

- 320 g of type pasta linguine
- 60 g of pitted black olives
- 60 g of pitted green olives
- 1 tablespoon of salted capers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 g of tomato pulp
- Basil
- Parsley
- Olive oil
