13 Herbal liqueur
Instructions
Put all the herbs soaked in alcohol, let it macerate for 5 days, shaking occasionally.
After 5 days, add hot syrup, prepared with water and sugar.
Allow to cool and after 24 hours filter.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 leaves of limoncina
- 4 leaves of laurel
- 4 leaves of mint
- 4 leaves sage
- 4 leaves of basil
- 8 leaves rosemary
- 4 berries juniper
- 4 cloves
- 1 bit of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of fennel seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of tea
- 1/2 teaspoon of chamomile
- 1 lemon zest (the yellow or green)
- 50 cl of water
- 50 cl of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 400 g of sugar
