Honey liqueur
Instructions
For preparation we must put in a glass jar a litre of excellent grappa, along with 50 g of bitter orange peels (using only the outer part, discarding the white part) and all the other spices.
Finally, add the honey dissolved in 300 g of water.
Close the container and leave it for 10 days in a cool place, removing it once a day.
At the end of the time indicated, filtered and bottled.

- 100 cl of grappa
- 500 g of honey
- 50 g of peel of bitter oranges
- 1 g of dried orange blossom
- 3 g of cinnamon bark
- 2 g of lemon verbena leaves
- 3 cloves
