Aniseed liqueur
Instructions
Put to infuse in alcohol anise seeds, lemon peel, cinnamon and vanilla for 15 days, shaking the jar every two days.
Spending the time necessary to strain the whole; melt sugar in half a litre of water and add the alcohol.
Shake well, strain again and bottled.
Wait a month or two before drinking.
Note: the filtering operation must be made with a funnel lined with filter paper or blocked with a WAD of cotton wool or with the help of a colander very dense.
