Instructions
Gently clean mint leaves and place them in a pot, covering them with alcohol.
Close the jar and let macerate Mint for a week.
After this time, prepare a syrup with sugar and a quarter of water, let it simmer for a few seconds, then pour it into the jar containing alcohol and Mint; Add the lemon zest and let the mixture rest for half a day.
At this point, filtered and bottled with a cork and sealing wax.
The liquor is consumed within a month.
