Sage liqueur
Instructions
Wash and dry Sage leaves.
Put in a jar all ingredients; Let marinate for about 2 months.
After 2 months, filter and collect the liquid into a bottle; close with a wax cap and with lacquer.
Let it sit for 6 months.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 30 leaves sage
- 3 cloves
- 50 cl of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 50 cl of white wine
- 500 g of sugar
