Canon liquor
Instructions
To get this delicious liqueur you macerate in alcohol for 8 days angelica seeds, coriander seeds, fennel and anise seeds.
Spent the time pass the mixture through a strainer and add a syrup made with 500 g of sugar and the same water.
Put the liquor in bottles and kept for a few months before you consume it.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 cl of alcohol to 21 degrees
- 60 g of angelica seeds
- 30 g of coriander seeds
- 8 g of aniseed
- 8 g of fennel seeds
- 500 g of sugar
- 500 G = = water
