Sun liquor
Instructions
Wash and dry the lemon, then cut it into small pieces, including Peel, and put it in a jar.
Add Juniper, cinnamon and rum, close and let marinate for 6 weeks now, exposing the jar in the Sun or storing in a warm and dry place.
Prepare a syrup with sugar and water and mix the contents of the jar.
Let macerate for 1 more month, then filtered and bottled with a cork and sealing wax.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of white rum
- 1 lime
- 1 handful of juniper berries
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 g of vanilla
- 300 g of sugar
- 150 g of water
