Instructions
Carefully wash the cherries, deprive of the petiole, put them in an airtight jar, add the sugar and alcohol, then let it macerate for three months.
After this time, strain the liquor and pour it into clean bottles; closed containers with sealing wax and keep them for a few months before consuming this good liquor.

- 500 g of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 1000 g of black cherries
- 700 g of sugar
