Orange Liqueur (Liquore di Arance)
Instructions
Wash the oranges and dry them well; punzecchiarle at various points, put them in a glass jar, add some lemon peel, sugar and alcohol; close with a cork under-the-CAP by placing a sheet of greaseproof paper and leave 3 months in a cool, dry place by checking every now and then and possibly shaking to dissolve sugar; filter and bottle up the liquid and allow it to rest for one more week.
oranges then you can use them for other preparations.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of oranges
- Some of lemon peel (yellow part)
- 300 g of sugar
- 50 cl of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
