Beech liqueur
Instructions
Almost completely fill a glass jar with beech leaves and cover of gin, press down continuously while the paid.
Let it sit for two weeks.
Separate the gin poured leaves, add dissolved sugar in boiling water, and brandy.
Mix well and bottled as soon as it is cool.
Consumed the liquor after a fortnight.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of gin
- Fresh leaves of beech
- 600 g of sugar
- 1 dram of brandy
- 250 g of water
