Raspberry Liqueur (Liquore di Lamponi)
Instructions
Let macerate raspberries in brandy for 2 months, then filtered, squeezing the fruit in a white sheet to draw all the juice.
Prepare a syrup with sugar and water and add the brandy is still warm.
Filtered several times the liquor with filter paper and imbottigliatelo.
The liqueur is ready to be savored, but will improve if you let it age for a few months.

- 750 g of brandy
