Instructions

Wash well the mandarins, dry and cut the Peel into small pieces.

Put in a jar tightly closed the rinds and 100 cl brandy and macerate for 1 month.

After this period, preferably filtered with filter paper, and add the sugar dissolved in cold water.

Let it sit 4-5 days, then bottled.

The liqueur will be ready after two months.
