Rosemary liqueur
Instructions
Let macerate in a pot Rosemary and lemon for 6 days, stirring once a day, filtered, then add the white wine and let it sit for 2 days.
The liquor consumed fresh in dose of 1/2 shot after meals.
Rosemary liqueur is a great euteptico, but also has tonic, stimulant and diuretic.
Try this remedy for 7 days 2 times a year, in spring and autumn.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 20 leaves of rosemary
- 10 g of lemon (yellow part of the peel)
- 100 cl of white wine
- 70 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
