Coffee liqueur zabaglione
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with 300 g of sugar.
In the meantime boil 3 glasses of milk plus 3 cups of very restricted with other coffee 300 g of sugar, which are mixed slowly and mixed eggs.
When the mixture is cool, add and mix 150 g of marsala and a hint of vanilla.
The liquor is racked and preserved obtained in airtight bottle; as with other spirits containing zabaglione, consumption should first shake the bottle.

- 4 egg yolks
- 600 g of sugar
- 3 cups of milk
- 3 cups of very restricted coffee
- 150 g of marsala wine
- 1 pinch of vanilla
