Heat the butter with a little oil, rosolarvi meat, add chopped carrots, onion and celery, chopped Juniper, cloves, bay leaf, salt and pepper.
Cover with milk and simmer gently for 3 hours.
Remove the cloves and bay leaf, slice the meat and serve with the sauce.
