Macaroni pea
Instructions
In a saucepan put the finely sliced onions, peas, oil, butter, a pinch of sugar and cold water to cover the peas wire.
Add salt, pepper, cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes at moderate flame.
Boil the pasta, season it with peas, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

- 300 g of frozen peas
- 300 g of type pasta macaroni
- 2 onions
- 30 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Parsley
- 1 pinch of sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
