Macaroni with four cheeses
Instructions
In 400 g of lightly salted boiling water, pour 3 tablespoons of macaroni.
Boil for 8 minutes.
Drain and season with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, a bit of mozzarella, Gruyere cheese and cubed fontina cheese and a spoonful of grated Parmesan.
Mix thoroughly and serve.
