Instructions
Make a sauce with olive oil and add the bacon, then, when the bacon has browned, add the finely chopped onion, garlic, chilli and fry gently for a few minutes, taking care not to let them blacken.
Add the white wine and when evaporated, add the tomato, salt and pepper and cook the sauce for about 30 minutes on low heat.
When cooking macaroni is completed, blow them up with the gravy by adding the cream and serve with grated Parmesan.

- 500 g of type pasta macaroni
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 onion
- Olive oil
- 2 chilies
- Salt
- Pepper
- 8 cl of cooking cream
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 700 ml of tomato (peeled tomatoes)
- 130 g of diced smoked bacon
