Macaroni with meat sauce
Instructions
In a saucepan saute the onion with oil and butter, add the meat, drizzle it with wine, add the tomato paste diluted with a little milk, season with salt and cook for about 1 hour.
Season the sauce with noodles cooked al dente and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta macaroni
- 300 g of stuffings
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 onion
- 30 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Red wine
- Milk
- Salt
