Macaroni with tuna and tomatoes cream
Instructions
Carefully wash the tomatoes, cut the ends, Peel, remove the seeds, cut them into cubes and let them drain for a few minutes.
In a pan, heat the oil and Brown the onion, then add the anchovies, drained and cut into pieces and let them melt a wooden spoon with a fork.
Next, add the tuna and wine and cook for about 7-8 minutes by season.
When cooked, blend the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous cream and put it back in the pan.
Pour in diced tomatoes and cook for a further 15 minutes over medium heat.
Finally, add the chives, salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente, drain and toss in a pan by mixing sauce.
Mix well and serve immediately.
