Macaroni with artichokes
Instructions
FRY in oil 3 tablespoons chopped garlic and parsley, then add the sliced artichokes and cook for 5 minutes, add salt, add wine and preserves.
After a few minutes add the tuna and 4 tablespoons water, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Boil the macaroni, drain and toss with the sauce, perfuming them with ground pepper and serve.

- 400 g of pasta macaroni type
- 170 g of tuna in olive oil
- Parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 8 hearts of artichokes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Minced 1 of pepper
