Macaroni au Gratin (Maccheroni al Gratin)
Instructions
Boil macaroni in 1/2 l of milk and 1/2 litres of salted water and drain when they have absorbed almost all the liquid.
Toss with 40 g of butter and the parmesan and keep them warm.
Prepare a bechamel with 40 g melted butter, flour, 1/2 litre of warm milk and stir to avoid lumps forming.
Butter a baking dish, pour the macaroni and béchamel sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until the surface is golden.

- 400 g of pasta macaroni type
- 80 g of butter
- 40 g of flour
- 40 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 100 cl of milk
