Macaroni Taleggio cheese (2)
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices and onions into pieces, place in casserole, 1 pour the milk, add salt and cook for about 20 minutes on medium flame.
Meanwhile, Cook the macaroni al dente.
Wash and cut the lettuce into strips 1/2 cm wide.
Cut the cheese into small pieces and drain the pasta: combine both into 1 large bowl, add the potato sauce and lettuce.
Mix well, distribute on individual plates and sprinkle with pepper.

- 350 g of pasta macaroni type
- 150 g of taleggio cheese
- 2 potatoes
- 2 red onions
- 50 cl of milk
- 2 leaves of lettuce salad
- Salt
- Black pepper
