Macaroni with vodka
Instructions
Fry an onion with butter, pepper, salt and small pieces of sausage (No Peel); pour a small glass of vodka and let it evaporate, then pour another and yet another.
Finally add the cream and let Cook for about five minutes.
Then boil the macaroni in salted water, drain, pour in the sauce previously prepared and, when serving, pour over another little cream and vodka.

- 400 g of pasta macaroni type
- 20 g of sausage
- == 1 large onion
- Butter
- 50 cl of cooking cream
- 4 cups of vodka
- Pepper
- Salt
