Instructions

We use for seasoning fish dishes.

Is prepared by boiling 100 cl of red wine vinegar and pour, during the boil, capers desalted and Basil washed, dried and filleted.

Let cool and pour into a bottle.

Let stand 15 days reminding you to shake the bottle every 24 hours.

Expired time filtered everything together and let it sit another five days without touching it and then is ready for use.
