Macaroni in yoghurt
Instructions
Finely chop the garlic and herbs and put them in a bowl.
Combine 2 tablespoons brandy, yoghurt, 1 tablespoon of parmesan and 4 of oil, salt and pepper, mix very well.
Boil macaroni in salted water, drain and toss with the sauce with yoghurt.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of pasta macaroni type
- 125 g of white yoghurt
- 40 g of herbs (basil, parsley, rosemary)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of brandy
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
