Instructions

To heat oil in saucepan 1; Add the tomato pulp, sugar and 1 pinch of salt.

To thicken the sauce over high heat for 6 minutes.

Add herbs and Arugula, washed and chopped Peel and continue cooking at low heat, until the sauce has narrowed.

Boil the pasta and serve with herb sauce.
