Macaroni with vegetable
Instructions
Roast the pepper, depriving the skin and seeds.
Clean carrots and chop it with celery, bell pepper, capers, olives, anchovies and tomatoes.
Fry the chopped butter, salt and pepper.
Then add the beer and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
Cook pasta al dente, season it with the sauce and then put it in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.

- 1 pepper
- 1 carrot
- 2 ribs of celery
- 2 teaspoons of capers
- 10 black olives
- 4 anchovies
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 glass of beer
- 400 g of pasta macaroni type
- 30 g of butter
