Instructions

Mix the ricotta with a pinch of cinnamon, warm milk and sugar.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.

Pour into a bowl and dress with cottage cheese, a pinch of pepper and salt.

Stir and add a little butter, then serve immediately.

Not to serve the cold pasta, you can reheat the dishes before serving.
