Macaroni cheese and sausage
Instructions
Boil the sausages in the water; When the water is evaporated, fry them again with the wine.
Cut the sausages into rings, merge them with ricotta and mix with 2 tablespoons warm water.
Cook the macaroni, toss with the mixture of ricotta cheese, salt and pepper and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
