Delicious macaroni
Instructions
Combine in a bowl the mushrooms into thin slices, butter in small pieces, the Parmesan, prosciutto, lemon zest, salt, pepper and sherry.
Place the bowl over a saucepan with boiling water, when the butter is melted, stir, remove and keep warm.
Cook the macaroni and pour into mixing bowl, stir and serve.

- 400 g of pasta macaroni type
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 100 g of mushrooms
- 50 g of parmigiano-reggiano
- 60 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of sherry
- 50 g of diced cooked ham
- Salt
- White pepper
