Green and yellow macaroni
Instructions
Clean, wash and cut the zucchini into thin slices.
Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry it in oil.
After 5 minutes add the zucchini and cook for 15 minutes on very low heat.
Dilute in Cream Saffron and add this mixture to the sauce.
Add salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often with a wooden spoon.
Meanwhile Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water brought to a boil, drain them al dente, toss into a bowl that you have previously heated in the oven at 50 degrees and serve.

- 400 g of pasta macaroni type
- 150 g of bacon (from 150 g slices)
- 400 g of zucchini

- 1 sachet of saffron
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
