Rice Salad (Macedonia al Riso)
Instructions
Cook the rice in sweetened water, drain them, sprinkle with a little lemon juice and let it cool.
Diced chopped fruit, possibly of bright colors, or leave whole if it comes to berries, and season with remaining sugar and lemon juice.
Stir together rice and fruit and serve after an hour or so.

- 150 g of rice
- 200 g of sugar
- 400 g of assorted fruit
- Lemon juice
