Assorted fruit salad
Instructions
Peel the apples, pears and kiwi fruit and cut them into chunks.
Sprinkle apples and pears with lemon juice to make them black.
Cut the plums and bananas into rings.
Collect the fruit in a bowl and season with sugar, lemon juice, then add the raisins, walnuts, pistachios, chopped nuts and chocolate flakes.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 3 kiwi
- 2 bananas
- 2 apples
- 2 pere
- 3 yellow plums
- 2 tablespoons of walnuts walnuts chopped
- 2 tablespoons of sultanas
- Some of coarsely chopped pistachios
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate flakes
