Fruit salad with sprouts
Instructions
Peel all the fruit, cut it into cubes and place in a bowl with almonds and walnuts.
In another bowl pour the yoghurt and mix well with the orange juice, honey, cinnamon, vanilla.
Drizzle with the cream fruit by joining the sprouts of wheat.
Let macerate for 1 hour in the fridge, then serve.

- 2 delicious apples
- 2 williams pears
- 1 banana
- 1 orange (juice)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 cup of yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons of coarsely chopped almonds and walnuts
- 4 tablespoons of wheat sprouts
