Melon Salad (Macedonia di Meloni)
Instructions
Cut the watermelon shell with about 2/3 of the height of the fruit.
Jagged edge with a knife.
Then empty it of the pulp using the special scooper to make so many balls.
Place the empty shell in the refrigerator.
Obtained from the pulp also balls of melons.
Raccoglietele in a bowl, sprinkle with the orange juice and a glass of port, sprinkle with 3 tablespoons sugar.
Cover and let marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours.
Arrange the watermelon and serve.

- 1/2 watermelon
- 1 white melon
- 1 yellow melon
- 1 orange
- 1 glass of porto wine
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
