Instructions

Peel and cut into wedges the pears, then cut each slice into thin slices.

Dilute with honey, orange juice and orange liqueur.

In 1 Cup, forming 1 layer of pears, sprinkle with a little of the mixture, then PEAR sauce again until exhaustion.

Serve fresh fruit salad.
