Peach salad (2)
Instructions
Blanch peaches for 1 minute in boiling water, peel them and cut them into wedges.
Gently wash the berries.
In a bowl put the whole fruit, 3 tablespoons sugar, cloves and the port.
Mix gently and let rest in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Before serving, slice the fruit into 4 individual bowls and garnish with whipped cream.
