Peach salad with maraschino
Instructions
Cook the water together with the sugar and let it cool.
Pass raspberries in colander and arranging them into along with the icing sugar.
Peel the peaches, cut them into thin slices and marinatele with wine, sugar, lemon juice and maraschino.
Let absorb for about 3 hours and garnish with a Raspberry Puree, mint and pistachios.

- 900 g of peaches
- 150 g of sugar
- 20 cl of water
- 10 cl of white wine
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 4 cl of maraschino
- 70 == G Raspberries
- 30 g of icing sugar
- 25 g of chopped pistachios
