Sizzling salads
Instructions
Drain the grapefruit and dice the pulp, Peel, and cut all the other fruits.
Peel the grapes.
Put all the fruit in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar, add the cognac and keep in refrigerator until ready to bring to the table.
Before serving, add champagne and stir.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 banana
- 1 pera
- 2 kiwi
- 12 grapes of muscat grapes
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 dram of cognac
- 1 glass of champagne wine
