Instructions
In a large mixing bowl or in a flow cup stir the pineapple juice with the lemon juice, white wine and honey; When the latter will be fully melted add the lychees and syrup preserves them.
Private the pineapple rind, slice it, removed the central part of wood, then cut the slices into cubes.
Peel the Kiwis and cut them into thin slices.
Place the prepared fruit, cherries, almonds and grapes, grape seeds and in private container with the Lychee, cover with a sheet of plastic wrap and put it to rest in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day Peel the bananas and thickly; wash apples thoroughly, dry and subtly thickly without peeling them.
Put the bananas and apples in a bowl with the rest of the fruit and mix well.
Let macedonia in the refrigerator until time to serve, decorate with some fresh mint leaves.

- 6 cl of pineapple juice
- 40 g of clear honey
- 200 g of lychees in syrup
- 1 medium pineapple

- 3 kiwi
- 90 g of black grapes
- 90 g of peeled almonds
- 2 cl of lemon juice
- 3 cl of sweet white wine
- 2 big apples to red rind
- 2 bananas
- Some leaves of mint
