Instructions

Clean the artichokes, cut into thin slices and put them in salted water with lemon.

Fry chopped Bacon in butter, then add the artichokes, add salt, pepper, marjoram and doneness basting with a few tablespoons of broth.

Mix the ricotta with the egg yolks and cheese.

Cook pasta al dente, season it with artichokes and sauce mix.
