Baccalà alla calabrese
Instructions
Saute the celery and onion coarsely cut; Add the tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes on moderate heat.
Add the cod pieces and continue cooking.
After 20 minutes complete with pine nuts, raisins and olives.
Serve with slices of toasted bread.

- 500 g of cod
- Olive oil
- 1 onion
- 3 ribs of celery
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon of sultanas
- 100 g of pitted black olives
- Salt
- Bread in slices
