Instructions

Beat the egg yolks with honey, add 40 g of melted butter, vanilla and flour.

Mix well and add the egg whites until foamy firmly.

Pour the mixture into moulds and bake in buttered Magdalen hot oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes, until the cakes are well browned.
