Baccalà alla fiorentina
Instructions
Clean the cod and cut into pieces.
In a pan to Brown the garlic in oil, then add the floured cod.
Roast on all sides, add salt sparingly and pepper.
Cook over medium heat.
Combine the tomato sauce and let it season bringing the fish to baking.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 1000 g of cod soaked
- 10 cl of olive oil
- 500 g of tomato sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
