Smoked pork stew
Instructions
Put in plenty of cold water 600 g of smoked pork ribs and let rehydrate for 2 hours.
Place in pan, whole or in pieces, on a mixture of chopped onions and 2 50 g of lard.
Cover and cook slowly for 10 minutes.
Join then 800 g Kohlrabi (white or red), sliced, 1 glass of wine, salt, pepper and water.
Cover and let simmer for 1 hour.
Serve with boiled semolina dumplings.

- 50 g of lard
- 800 g of cabbage
- 1 glass of wine
